Who is the real Alvin Miclat — Teacher in PHSA accused of Sexual Misconduct

Contrary to most of the news that appears online, the real Alvin Miclat still an employee of PHSA and just resigned recently. As of this time, he is not arrested or dead. The investigation still on going by the NBI. Some news articles claimed that the NBI hit road block since the complainants does not want to file any charges against Miclat.
